In contrast to other models, the multifunctional chin-up bar is not mounted in a door frame but just clamped below or on top of the frame. The Multifunctional door bar is ideal for door frames with a width of 70 cm to 78 cm and a depth of 1 cm to 16 cm. No drilling or screwing !

Tip: When the proper weight is not sufficient for workout, additional weights like i.e. the Taurus weighted vest can be used for reaching a higher training effect.
