Its ideal combination of high quality and easy handling make the i-shape TVR-5900 Zen Pro the ideal vibration training companion. Effective vibrations between 20 and 50 Hz. (settable in 5 Hz increments) are produced by the powerful 1 PS DC motor. In conjunctin with the large 32cm x 71cm exercise platform a large variety of exercises can be done on the i-shape TVR-5900 Zen Pro vibration plate standing, sitting or lying down. The vibration plate has been designed in a way that it allows for a kind of forward and backward motion so that the positive qualities of coordination training (strengthening of ligaments and joints and improved coordination among others) are incorperated into the vibration training.

Featuring an interactive console, the TVR-5900 vibration plate shows how to do the large number of exercises correctly in regard to the correct posture and maximum effectiveness using pictures. Five exercise programmes (upper body, lower body, total body, abs, manual) ensure a varied, motivating and effective vibration training. The exercise instructions give comprehensive information on which muscles are being exercised and on how to perform the exercise.
