The Olympia dumbbell bar allows a strength training with weight plates having a hole of 50 mm. The dumbbell bar is made of quality steel and very heavy-duty. The plate storages are about 17 cm large, the dumbbell inside dimension (the grip length) is about 13 cm. The dumbbell bar allows a professional strength training at home. The grip surface of the dumbbell bar is roughened and guarantees an optimal grip.
