Finnlo Autark 500 multi-gym: full range of training on smallest space

The multi-gym for starting Finnlo Autark 500 offers a multitude of exercises on a surface of just 2m². Exercise arms, legs, abdomen, and back on the cable pull-based multi-gym. Butterfly, bench press, lat pull, and rowing are possible with the Finnlo Autark 500 multi-gym as well as abdominal and biceps workouts or leg curling and extension. Therefore, the Finnlo Autark 500 multi-gym replaces a small multi-gym.

Finnlo Autark 500 multi-gym: 120 kg training resistance thanks to MTS resistance system

The Finnlo Autark 500 multi-gym does not work with a weight block like common multi-gyms but with weight plates. You can put the eight weight plates to the Finnlo Autark 500 multi-gym - as you like (each 4 times 5 and 10 kg). Thanks to the patented MTS resistance system, a pull resistance of up to 120 kg is possible. The multi-gym is extremely stable thanks to the steel frame. The cable pulls of the Finnlo Autark 500 multi-gym have ball bearings, which increase the durability and avoids resistance peaks. The strength training becomes more effective.
