The latest model of the First Degree Fitness Fluid Rower 316 has again been improved in ergonomics and stability. All First Degree rowing machines convince by their innovative resistance technology: the resistance is produced by a water tank, so that exercising with the First Degree Fitness Fluid Rower 316 is very similar to natural rowing feeling. The resistance increases and gets less due to used power. The stronger you pull, the stronger gets the resistance. You can vary the basic resistance of the First Degree rowing machine in 16 levels by a lever. This is how either beginners or ambitious athletes can increase their performance.

Furthermore, ergonomics of seat and foot position of the First Degree Fitness Fluid Rower 316 have been increased in contrast to previous models - this means that the stroke way is even more comfortable. The newly developed Dyneema® cable makes the workout with the First Degree rowing machine is smoother and extremely durable as well. Additional stability - even during intensive workouts - is offered thanks to a new front leg and a new, adjustable foot on the First Degree Fitness Fluid Rower 316.

In contrast to its "small brother", the Fluid Rower 216, the First Degree Fitness Fluid Rower 316 is equiped with the new, interactive performance control (IPM). By means of the multi-functional display, all data as i.e. time, distance, pulse, watt, speed, etc. are clearly indicated and can save up to 6 individual workouts and offers a selection of several training programs. Another advantage of the First Degree Fitness Fluid Rower 316: the seat can be extended by the optionally available back support erweitern. This makes your workout more comfortable and prevents bad postures.
