The Men's Heath PowerTools Sparks is a multifunctional bench for your strength training at home. The comfortable Ergo-Form upholstery supports the exercise sequence all the way to the final position. The Mens Health PowerTools Sparks weight bench's backrest has a 5-step, foot pedal operated adjustment system (up to 90 degrees). This way having to kneel or bend down is being prevented.
Special about the Mens Health weight bench is that it features two Vario Tech dumbbell holders for the also included Vario-Tech dumbbells. The Men`s Health PowerTools Vario-Tech dumbbells consist of 20 weight plates at 1,15kg each and therefore replace 21 (!) different dumbbell pairs. The dumbbells can be adjusted to suit your need due to the comfort slide machnism. Choose the weight you want within seconds. The Men`s Health Vario-Power-Weights are very well suited for super sets and intensive techniques.
And when you are done with your home exercises you can move the Men´s Health PowerTools Sparks weight bench easily as it has a handle and two integrated wheels.
