The Omni Trac 4000 features 33 functions. The stop watch can save 16 lap times including average heart rate per lap. The personal heart rate limits can be entered manually or determined automatically from personal data. In addition, you can save 3 user profiles. For evaluation purposes, the Omni Trac 4000 displays the average and maximum heart rate, calorie consumption and fat burning. The adjustable recovery function helps to determine your personal fitness index.
