The Polar Running Computer RS200sd already includes the Polar S1 Running Sensor. The small and light sensor gets attached to your shoe, measures speed and distance and therefore offers many possibilities to optimize your workouts. The Polar RS200sd gives you support with the same numerous and convenient functions as the Polar RS200. Among them are the popular functions Polar OwnZone, OwnCode, OwnIndex and OwnCal, as well as new functions like ZoneLock or 5 exercise zones, that help you to always train with the right intensity. Additionally, the Polar RS 200sd offers a graphical pacer and an AutoLap function, that automatically records lap times. You can save up to 16 exercise files and transfer them to your pc via SonicLink. The Polar Web Service with online diary and training programs will assist you with the evaluation.
