Pull-up Bars and Door Bars
With a door bar, pull-up bar or a pull-up station you have an effective
tool for comprehensive strength training of your upper-body muscles. The simpler door bars / pull-up bars made by Kettler and Bremshey are suited for occasional training and can be screwed into the door frame, if necessary.
For the regular workout we recommend the use of stable, firmly anchored pull-up equipment, such as the
Professional Pull-up Station, or for serious training, the
Nautilus NT 1150 VKR/Dip with the NT 1160 Chin-up Attachment.
