Compared to conventional fixed kettlebells (also called Russian kettlebells), the Sport-Tiedje Adjustable Kettlebell can be equiped with weight plates. The adjustable Kettlebell combines variability of a workout with dumbbells which can be equiped independantly and positive training effects of kettlebell training. The weight plate racks for 30 mm weight plates are equiped with screw caps.
