The Sport-Tiedje multifunctional bench facilitates a varied ab training. Just lie with your back on the back rest and hold on to the provided handles. Lift your legs and/or buttox in this position in order to train your abs effectively - a fantastic addition to sit ups which can also be done using the Sport-Tiedje multifunctional bench.
Furthermore, the Sport-Tiedje multifunctinal bench also allows upper body exercises, e.g. butterflies for the chest muscles or reverse butterflies for the strengthening of the back muscles
Two 1,5kg vinyl dumbbells are included in the scope of delivery which, depending on the exercise, can be used to increase the resistance.
