Trace your progress and reach your targets ! Suunto offers the t3d-training manager, a training partner which accompagnies you daily and offers support to reach best possible training effects. The heart rate monitor t3d of Suunto is a precision device measuring heart rate, calories consumption and training effect with highest precision and in real time.

The function "Training Effect (TE)" is a value showing exactly how efficient your workout is. The Suunto heart rate monitor uses the data of your personal fitness profile for calculation. Those are combined with an analysis of your physiological development in real time. The training effect is indicated on a scale of 1 to 5. You are constantly informed if you exercise to low, to intensively or in the right zone.

The Suunto t3d training manager records your training results so that you can recognise which training progress you make and how near you are to your target - by means of recorded measured values and your personal statistics. In combination with the optionally available PODs, you get information about speed, distance and cadence and you can extend the range of functions of your Suunto t3d training computer.
The Suunto Dual-Comfort-Belt (chest strap) is included in delivery of the models Suunto t3d. The practical lock mechanism and the interference free, digital ANT-transmission provide highest wear and user comfort. The user can change the battery.
