The Tanita Activity Monitor supports and motivates to be more active and that regularly. The small monitor indicates, among others, steps, distance, calory consumption, basal metabolic rate, MET's.
The Activity Monitor is not a normal pedometer. It has a three-axis-acceleration sensor. This allows more mobility. We recommend to wear the activity monitor near the chest in order to receive exact data.
There is a graphic 24-hours-display of activities available. Your activity is stored for seven days.
