Using the U.N.O. punching bag ceiling mount made of massive steel, you can suspend a punching bag up to 50 kg from the ceiling - in a safe way. Thanks to four-times punching of the U.N.O. ceiling mount, the weight of the punching divides ideally and allows a very safe workout. The hook is equiped with a high-quality ball-bearing, which compensates optimally the rotation movement of the punching bag.
