WaterRower A1

The A1 the entry-level rower by WaterRower which on the one hand features totally new elements (e.g. aluminium monorail design), and on the other hand features renowned quality components which premium Waterrower rowing machines are made of. As of late, the rail (monorail) of the Waterrower A1 rowing machine is made of high-quality aluminium; the front part of the WaterRower A1's frame is made of sweat- and water-resistant solid ash wood. As the case for all WaterRower rowing machines, the Waterrower A1's resistance is generated by a water wheel. The resitance adjusts itself automatically depending on how much force is applied: The harder you pull, the greater the resistance. The sound created by the Waterrower when in use is pleasant and quiet and makes the user feel is if he/she was actually rowing on water. The WaterRower A1's computer has fewer functions than those of the premium Waterrower rowers. For example, when exercising with the A1 rowing machine by Waterrower the heart rate cannot be measured directly and the rower cannot be connected to a PC. Apart from that, the computer's LCD display shows all important exercise parameter such as number of strokes, intensity, duration, distance, energy consumption and watts.
